Uganda Single Origin Coffee

From the Slopes of Mount Elgon

Grown in the Sipi area of Uganda's Kapchorwa District — in the shadow of the spectacular Sipi Falls, on the western slopes of Mount Elgon — this coffee reaches elevations of up to 2,500 meters, among the highest in all of East Africa. The exceptional altitude, volcanic soils, and cool mountain air create growing conditions that coax extraordinary clarity and complexity from every bean.

The Bourbon-heritage SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain varietals, fully washed and sun dried, produce a cup that is delicate yet layered — floral and chocolatey with a dark fruit depth and a pleasantly mild, clean finish.
