Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at salesinfo@regnalroasts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
