From the misty highlands of Aceh — one of Indonesia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions — comes a cup that is unlike anything else in our single-origin lineup. At elevations between 1,100 and 1,600 meters, the farmers of Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cultivate a rich mosaic of indigenous varietals, then process them using Giling Basah (wet-hulling): a technique unique to Sumatra that produces the region's signature full body and deep, complex flavor.

The result is a medium roast with serious character — a syrupy, lingering body anchored by dark chocolate and dried fruit, with an earthy depth that coffee lovers return to again and again.
