Nestled in the highlands of Matagalpa, the smallholder farming families of Molino Norte have cultivated coffee at elevations reaching 1,590 meters — where cooler temperatures slow the cherry's development and allow flavors to deepen into something truly expressive.

The result is a medium roast with a beautifully layered cup: rich cocoa warmth, delicate floral lift, and a bright citrus finish that lingers long after the last sip.
