This Honduras comes from Café Organics Marcala, a cooperative of over 1,500 smallholder farmers in the high-altitude region of Marcala, La Paz. Grown between 1,300–1,700 meters on mineral-rich clay soil, a diverse mix of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties are fully washed and sun dried to preserve their natural clarity and sweetness.

Roasted to a smooth medium-dark, the result is a cup with rich caramel depth, warm baking spice, and a lingering brown sugar sweetness — approachable yet complex, and undeniably satisfying.
