Antigua, Guatemala is one of the most revered coffee-growing regions in the world — and this lot shows exactly why. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,200–1,616 meters on mineral-rich volcanic loam, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties are fully washed and sun dried to bring out their natural clarity and brightness.

The result is a medium roast that layers dark chocolate richness with bright, lively fruit and a lingering butterscotch sweetness. Complex, clean, and deeply satisfying.
