Ethiopia is where coffee began — and the Sidama Zone is one of its most celebrated growing regions. At 1,700–1,900 meters, smallholder farmers tend indigenous heirloom cultivars in deep, mineral-rich Nitisol soil. Each lot is hand-sorted for quality, then dried slowly on raised beds in the sun — a full natural process that lets the fruit influence the bean from the inside out.

The result is a medium-light roast that’s vibrantly fruity, with layers of milk chocolate, caramel, and a natural sweetness that needs nothing added. Complex, clean, and utterly captivating.
