Nestled in the volcanic highlands of Alajuela, micro farms cultivate Caturra and Catuai varieties at 1,300–1,445 meters — where cool mountain air and rich volcanic loam create the ideal conditions for naturally sweet, complex coffee. Eco-pulped and sun-dried, this medium roast is clean, bright, and unmistakably Costa Rican.

Expect a cup that opens with sweet apple and raisin, then settles into a warm, honeyed finish. Smooth, approachable, and endlessly drinkable.
