High in the mountains above Medellín, smallholder farmers tend their crops in volcanic loam soil at 1,300–1,500 meters elevation — conditions that produce some of the most expressive, nuanced coffee in the world. This medium roast lets the terroir speak: bright dried orange and berry notes up front, with a rich chocolate finish that lingers long after the last sip.

Fully washed and solar-dried to protect the beans from rain, every lot is handled with the care that specialty coffee demands.
