High above the clouds of Bali’s Kintamani region, smallholder farmers tend their crops in rich volcanic loam at 1,200–1,600 meters. The result is a single-origin coffee of rare character — hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds using a traditional process that deepens flavor and preserves the terroir of this extraordinary island.
